Pam Fernandez represented the Seller on 639 Tyner which just went under contract with Carole Madrid representing the buyer, list price $1,395,000.
Peg Augustus listed 735 Kelly, representing the seller and sold it in one day after listing. Peg received two offers immediately.

Michelle Ward represents the sellers of 160 pinecone circle priced at $975,000 Buyers represented by Chris and Patti Plastiras.

The year started off a little slow but the rhythm is picking up quickly- agents are as always working with internet, referrals, repeat clientele, and amazing buyers walking through our doors on a daily basis- our network of referrals from other agents is well established.
