I have been working with Victoria for the past six years; first while searching to invest in Incline Village, NV & later when it came time to sell. She is patient & kind and allowed me to make an informed decision on both transactions. She is very detail-oriented & went above & beyond to ensure the selling process proceeded quickly & soothly. Her recommendations, plus assistance, made sure the property looked it’s best for “showing” to prospective buyers.. This was especially reassuring to me as everything was handled remotely because I live out of the area. I sincerely endorse her and rest of the Team at Lake Shore Realty & look forward to work with her again when I return to the Northern Nevada Real Estate market.

 Sold a Single Family home in 2024 in Incline village, NV. When I decided to sell my home in Incline Village, I knew the timing was not in my favor. In the midst of waves of snow blizzards, Victoria and her partner Peg navigated the showings and sale of my home with focus and commitment.  Bought a Condo home in 2024 in Incline village, NV. Victoria did such a great job representing my wife and I and guiding us through our first home purchase. We highly recommend her!  Bought a home in 2024. I met with Victoria and Peg. They researched the market making recommendations for the timing and presentation of my property. Within two days of listing the property there was an offer for full asking price. They made sure Escrow went smoothly keeping me informed with explanations when needed. I would use their service over and over again. All my thanks.

 Victoria is an excellent guide and resource throughout the entire home buying experience. She showed us many different possibilities and opened our eyes to various things to consider when buying in Incline Village.
