I had heard about her through her ‘market update’ emails. I was impressed with the quality of the updates so thought of Anna as a possible realtor when we decided to sell. I did contact other realtors and Anna was the most proactive and provided the best market and pricing information. Most importantly, she made sure it was quickly listed – which is what we wanted. The other realtors were slower to respond, provided cookie cutter marketing plans that were light on specifics and poor pricing information. Anna’s customer service and communication skills were excellent. She quickly replied to our calls and texts and was very effective in communicating the pros and cons of the offers. Her guidance through that process was very helpful. The whole transaction – from list to close - was very quick and painless. All in all, we were extremely pleased with Anna and her team. In the spring of 2021, we interviewed Anna and 2 other realtors to list our Olympic Valley home; she was the most prepared and presented a comprehensive plan for how she was going to facilitate the process from start to finish. Her ideas and approach were unique and her insights regarding staging and property presentation made a huge impact. Our timeline was very aggressive and Anna was able to accelerate things on her end to exceed our expectations.
