Everybody these days talks about how bad the real estate market is now, according to a press realease by The National Association of Realtors on August 24’Th.
“The National Association of Realtors said existing home sales plummeted 27% in July to an annual rate of 3.83 million units, marking the lowest sales pace since the association began tracking the figure in 1999.”
How about our Real Estate Market, how was the North Lake Tahoe Real Estate Market affected over the years? We’ll one thing is for sure, sales up here are still strong, in fact as you will see below the number of sold homes compared to previous years is actually starting to make a comeback, and the median selling price shows us that over the last 4 years homes in Tahoe became more affordable.
