Professional listing, her staff worked with local contractors to resolve some issues uncovered during our (sellers)inspection, and finally, got us a fair price for our cabin. All within 3 weeks. Highly recommend Anna and Coldwell Banker if you are looking to sell your property in North Lake Tahoe.

 Bought a home in 2022. My wife and I were looking for a condo in downtown San Diego for some time and came across Michelle. She listened to our needs and came up with appropriate listings in our price range. She is phenomenal to work with! We decided to put a bid in on a condo that had multiple offers. Her guidance was spot on and her connections made it possible for us to secure the property. We love our new home and will absolutely use her if we ever decide to move. We have referred Michelle to friends and their experiences were the same as ours. You couldn’t ask for a more conscientious person to represent you.

 Michelle is hands down the best! I’ve had the pleasure to work along side Michelle as her Termite Inspector for the last two years. I even trusted her with my mom’s recent purchase. She truly cares about all her clients and strives to give each one of them a positive experience. Honesty and integrity can be hard virtues to find in the real estate world today. Michelle is a perfect example and other agents should aspire to be like her.

 Bought and sold a home in 2024. Michelle did an excellent job of helping us close a deal that was anything buy typical. Because of some inordinate assessments forthcoming, she was still able to get us a deal that was satisfactory to all parties. She did an outstanding job of communicating expectations throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her regardless of the difficulties.

 Sold a home in 2024. Anna was responsive and helpful at every step of the process from the initial phone call through the followup call after closing. She is pleasant, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The house sold quickly and for more than we were expecting. I highly recommend her.

 Bought a Single Family home in 2024 in Sunnyside-tahoe city, Tahoe city, CA. We used Anna as our real estate agent for a purchase in Tahoe City that closed in January 2024. Anna was an incredible agent from start to finish which included a lengthy search that lasted nearly a year. We are not local to the area and Anna was great at keeping us up to date on the market and providing us with the latest listings that matched what we were looking for. We made our first offer in July and didn't get the house but Anna stayed with us and we patiently waited for our dream home. Finally in December 2023 we found the right house and Anna guided us skillfully to get an accepted offer. From there she helped us navigate everything from mortgage to escrow to inspections. We closed on time. Can't recommend Anna highly enough!
