Marketing Your Property:
Prior to real estate, I successfully created marketing campaigns for businesses advertising in newspapers near Sacramento, California. Marketing is fun! Extra time (& money) is spent to show a property at its best and to draw attention to it. I have maintained a full page full color ad in the leading Incline Village home selling magazine just for my listings for over 15 years. Where appropriate, I use city magazines to promote a property. Incline Village is a resort community and marketing is different here than in other locations. It is what I do that makes a difference!
