- North Lake Tahoe November 2013 Real Estate Sales Comparison
The Incline Village real estate market slowed down in November 2013. Compared to the same period of 2012, residential Home sales and Condominium sales had a significant drop, and this is the first time this year that real estate sales were lower than the previous years. Lack of inventory and increasing interest rates could be jus a couple of reasons causing this drop. We will have to follow the upcoming Incline Village real estate statistic charts to see if this is a real slowdown or just a hiccup to what was otherwise a great year in real estate sales on the North Lake Tahoe real estate market.
