The Eastern Slope neighborhood is affectionately called “The Banana Belt” by locals for its sunny and bright southern exposure. With an elevation of 6,500 to 7,000 ft., this area gets a significant amount of snow. However, thanks to its sunny exposure, it melts quickly. This subdivision is home to a lot of properties that are considered to be top properties when it comes to Lake Tahoe’s luxury real estate. With that being said, it is no surprise that a lot of these homes have filtered or panoramic views of Lake Tahoe!
In addition to the breath-taking views, United States Forest Land parcels surrounds homeowners giving them the ultimate amount of privacy. With approximately 220 homes, beautiful architecture encompasses this area and draws in millions of people here each year.
