Bought a Condo home in 2023 in Incline village, NV. Victoria is an excellent guide and resource throughout the entire home buying experience. She showed us many different possibilities and opened our eyes to various things to consider when buying in Incline Village. Victoria was an asset in negotiations and always available to answer any questions. Closing went smoothly, and she helped us with some matters after we moved in. We very, highly recommend Victoria!

Sold a home in 2023. Peg and Victoria are a great team. Their knowledge and advice was excellent. They were considerate of our needs and provided a smooth process. This was our 4th buy/sell transaction with them and we have recommended them to all of our friends and family.

Sold a Single Family home in 2023 in Incline village, NV. I had known Victoria’s partner, Peg Augustus for approximately 11 years. I purchased my first Incline condo from her at that time, then sold it 3 years later in order to purchase a larger home in the community. Peg partnered with Victoria approximately 5 or 6 years ago. This past year I decided to place the home on the market in order to move closer to family. Of course peg and Victoria were contacted to manage the listing. In short, their knowledge of the Incline area, their professionalism, compassion, follow through and guidance were superb. I felt such a trust in their recommendations and assistance in ensuring that the sale went smoothly. I have no other words other than accolades related to their abilities as the “best” real estate agents in Incline Village.

Sold a Single Family home in 2023 in Incline village, NV. Wow, both Peg Augusta and Victoria Popescu are quite the team. They sold our home in less than 3 days of being ready to post. We are an out of state sale, both owners do not live in Incline Village. Both were prompt, courteous and professional in every way. As we prepped to have the home emptied and staged for photo shoot, they supplied the resources to donate furniture, clothing, paintings, etc. They coordinated with our handyman, arranged the cleaning and staging of our home. The video and photographs taken were beautiful, but the home sold before they were posted. They communicated with us on a weekly basis, with updates and things needed to complete the sale. I would highly recommend their service to anyone interested in selling or buying in Incline Village. Thank you so much for everything!!
