Trevor’s experience brings a unique perspective to buyers and sellers of property on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. While obtaining his MBA from the University of Nevada Reno, Trevor assisted small businesses as Graduate Consultant for the Nevada Small Business Development Center. He then sold businesses in the Reno-Tahoe area and pivoted into Residential Sales. This fundamental experience in marketing, sales, return-on-investment and statistical research gives his clients unmatched insight when buying or selling a home. As a resident and Tahoe native, Trevor knows how unique and special the area is and he works diligently with his clients to navigate the often complex nature of buying or selling a home in Incline Village and Crystal Bay.

The bottom line is he is simply amazing. He was never afraid to talk me out of a deal that did not make sense based on my requirements and limitations. Honesty, integrity, and consistency are what every homebuyer is looking for in a realtor yet it is so rare to find. It baffles me that more realtors do not follow these basic principles. In addition to having these traits, Trevor has deep market knowledge that helped me buy my home with confidence.

His in-depth knowledge of the market and the real estate inventory helped us locate several opportunities to purchase a unit in our development of choice. Without that knowledge, we Shirley would have missed the opportunity to find our perfect location. Once we found the home we liked, he was very helpful using comps and other market information to help us make an appropriate offer and all of his follow up after the fact regarding negotiations, punchlist items and outside vendors like home inspectors was everything you would expect from a realtor. Not only did he find the perfect home for us, but he identified it before it went on the market and we were able to make it ours. I was traveling a great deal during the transaction, so Trevor stepped in and did a lot of the legwork that I couldn't manage with my absence. 

Since that transaction, Trevor is the one I call with some of our new interests, and I always get the answers I need right away.
