We’re getting ready for the fireworks and other fun events coming up in Incline Village! Here are a few of our favorites:
Remember the 37th Annual North Tahoe Lions Club 4th of July Pancake Breakfast and Charity Raffle!
We love this annual event. Every year we run into people we haven’t seen in awhile and have a chance to catch up –- in other words, good eats and good conversation! All the money raised stays here locally. The Lions Club’s contributions to our area have supported the Boys & Girls Club, Tahoe SAFE Alliance, our local schools and the Kids & Horses Therapeutic Riding Center. According to Lions Club President Karen Duncan, “We’ve also helped hundreds of children in this area get eyeglasses who couldn’t afford them otherwise. This is part of the Lions Club worldwide effort to restore sight and prevent blindness.”
Date: Wednesday, July 4th
Place: Aspen Grove, Incline Village (across from Ski Beach)
Time: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Breakfast Donations: $10 for adults (13 years & over); $5 for children (6-12 years); Children under 6 free.
Tickets are available from Rainbow Printing and Office Supply, The Potlatch, Lions Club Members, or at the gate.
We’ve bought our duck…have you?
